1. Adaptable role
2. Team effort is highly valued
3. High involvement in decision making
4. Dynamic work environment
5. Great work-life balance
Cons
1. If you cannot thrive in an environment where the work is very dynamic and not monotonous, or if you like to be in your comfort zone, then that may be a con. Personally, I like to face such roles.

Hey there!
Thanks for reviewing and recommending QuarkMe.
1. The leadership is easily accessible.
2. Suggestions are paid attention to, and critically reviewed.
3. The managers assess each employee's strengths and divide tasks.
4. Flexible working hours.
5. Every single person is dedicated and committed to a given task.
6. Since the company is in it's scaling stage, it's a wild playground of ideas and crazy new opportunities.
Cons
1. At times, the company gets into blitz-scaling phase and suddenly it gets active.
2. A typical work week is dependent on the amount of work load and there are times when we're relatively easy at work and there are times when we work over time.
3. Since there's no fixed working hours, we're basically expected to attend to the company's communication channels at all hours. This isn't exactly a downside but I felt it should be addressed here.

Pros
1) A very dynamic work environment, the roles are very adaptable and not at all monotonous. An exciting challenge awaits almost every week.
2) Every day I learn something new.
3) Good work-life balance on most days.
4) The upper management is supportive of every employee. A fresher on his/her first day is given equal importance during decision making as an employee who has been there for a long time.
5) The startup environment has given me a lot of scope of personal growth. Now I can actually say," I know what working under pressure means and I think I can handle it".
Cons
1) Workload majorly depends on the client's demands and the campaigns so we need to cater to the company's communication channels at all times, even when we are not in the office. It could be a con for someone who likes to keep their work life and personal life separate.
