No Pressure about visiting office, unless client explicitly mentions

Cons

1) Even If you perform great in a project, Got Client's appreciation aswell, When The Client Project enda they will directly put you on bench! 2) No one from the hiring team , Will care to step out for you and try to find you a project. Once you are on bench, No chance that you will be re allocated back to a client project. 3) Once you are on bench , You will be given only basic pay of your salary, even though there is nothing wrong from your end, It's their way of cost cutting

Quarks Technosoft has a structured Bench Policy in place. When a project concludes, employees receive up to 90 days of continued salary while our internal resourcing team actively works on redeployment to new client engagements. Upskilling support is extended during this period as well. We provide both the time and the support needed for transitions, and this is communicated clearly at the time of joining.
