Pros
High turnover of admin staff in the past few years, there is finally a stable group of admin that are working together to improve the school and have it run smoothly. Good place to work, admin leave you alone once they trust you. There are several campus monitors to help improve the safety of the campus. Benefits are good, 401 k has matching, which is great. Students are hardworking and fun to work with-- they are the best part about this job. Most coworkers are helpful and friendly. Supplies are easy to obtain and teachers can usually get what they need without issue.
Cons
Pay is considerably lower than similar surrounding schools, Facilities are decent, but many classrooms are small. Facilities need updating and paint.
