      Some amazing people Less chaotic & more structured than previous years Exposure to many clients - primarily mining & councils CI/CD vastly improved

      Cons

      After buying k2fly some 30 engineers were laid off & the sales team doubled Everyone nervous whether they'll be made redundant next Several clients say to your face "your customer service is so bad if we had a choice we'd drop you" C-level spent early 2025 talking about improving customer service, then made loads of support staff redundant later leaving frustrated clients Minimal options for career progression Learning talked about but no time to actually do any Social scene has eventually died despite the efforts of a few
