Pros

-fast paced, start up with ample opportunity to wear a bunch of hats and learn new skills -fair, transparent and honest feedback from leadership -Next gen tech that doesn't cut corners, make false promises and consistently wows -Ton of room for growth, advancement and skill development -Sizable equity package ensures every employee has "skin in the game" and is a strong motivator -an environment where those who take the initiative, are willing to put in the work require to build a company, and who think quick on their feet thrive -fully remote, great benefits, unlimited PTO

Cons

-No cons, but some realities worth noting: - we are a nimble, agile team that produces the same level and quality of work as matured corporations- be prepared to put in the work, wear a bunch of hats, and to perform functions that might be new -Being a start up means the cash pay is a bit lower than average, but Quartic makes up for it with generous and sizable equity packages, amazing benefits and unlimited PTO - While the company does it best to instill a comfortable work/life balance and encourage PTO use, the nature of being a start up is that sometimes long days and late nights are required.

Pros

Good work culture flexible remote

Cons

As the title says, Layoffs don’t happen - they arrive like a seasonal uprising: same chaos, new victims and management acting surprised every single time.
