Pros

You get to work with really awesome people - they're really great. Leadership is really good at helping drive success and sharing vision of company. People work together and are always willing to support one another. Get to work with big brands and make a big impact to them. Culture is tricky, but Qudini does it well.

Cons

Work life balance can be tricky in busy seasons because of retail customers. Departments can be disconnected

Pros

- Good product - Most employees are nice and easy to work with

Cons

- Culture is very weak and you don't feel like you're all together with the same goal. I'd describe Qudini's culture as 'A corporate company with 'startup' printed on the walls' - CEO lacks leadership and charisma. Seems like she would fit in well at a large corporate, not a startup - Little opportunity to venture out and gain experience in new areas. Management repeatedly reigns you back in to your core role - Decisions are made like a corporate. Everybody works and the top few decide on everything without discussing anything with anybody. You feel like an employee not like part of a company or a bigger objective. - High turnover of employees, as anybody who joins quickly realises that being at Qudini is no different than being at IBM - just without the perks, salary, growth, brand on cv etc.

Pros

- A great family vibe with a team that’s super hands on and energetic in what they do. - A good product that’s used by major brands and is always growing and innovating. - The management team have a great vision for the future of the sectors they serve and how they can help it. - Did really well during the pandemic and has been growing ever since. - Despite being a small team is competing well against larger brands due to strong product and company culture. - The team are often asked for feedback on how they feel the company should be operate and I feel like the feedback is taken onboard. - Flexible working structure built based on team feedback.

Cons

- Big clients can be quite intensive to work with so there's always more to build on the product. - Management can often feel quite busy and so sometimes it's hard to get the time and support you need from them. It's still a small company though so I think that as they grow the team they'll have more time to focus on managing and growing the skills in the team instead of doing the work themselves.
