      Pros

      The staff is the greatest in the world. It’s a very relaxing environment and the customers are typically great. Also, there’s free parking.

      Cons

      If it rains, it floods quite fast but for some reason that attracts more customers in the summer since they stay open. Keep your boots in your car!
