Thank you for providing this open feedback and I am sorry that your experience did not meet our intentions. We always look for continual mechanisms for our team to raise and discuss any issues so that we can act quickly and I am sorry that you felt that you did not receive enough support here. We have introduced our employee pulse survey each week and have also set up an internal training programme. Setting the correct salaries is definitely important. Awarding salaries that are competitive and fair within the industry is something we do work hard on, and we do this by completing benchmarking assessments. We review salaries annually in line with our annual performance review process. We're sorry to hear on this occasion you felt we didn't get it right. Instances of bullying /disrespect will always be fully investigated and we take a no tolerance approach to this.
