Pros

The product is decent but needs some improvements to keep up with the competition. The company has some very dedicated people that are really great to work with. The location is ideal for outdoors enthusiasts.

Cons

The lack of accountability is truly a wonder. This lack of responsibility starts at the top and goes all the way down to poor workmanship in certain stages on the aircraft. The human resources department has lost all integrity and is far from acting in the best interests of employees. It seems that department is all about appearances and no longer about what is right and fair. Beware of the false kindness you may experience if you go to work here and watch your back. Supply chain is still out of control and is probably held 2nd to HR in not having any accountability. Not sure what they do for the CEO but they must be in his pocket. This is clear if you go to an all hands meeting where the CEO and his goons clearly have the cards stacked in whatever favor they chose for the day. If it were not for the lack of accountability and integrity, I would plan to stay until I retire. They are the only show in town so if you loose your job or decide to leave, you will most likely be moving to KS.
