Not what it used to be - Sales Affiliate Quest Diagnostics Employee Review

Too many managers, few leaders. More interested in processes than results, as demonstrated in requests for one spreadsheet or report after another that duplicates information. Most management brought in in the past 7 years are young and do not value older and experienced employees. HR afraid to reprimand bully sales managers.....and this is coming from over 20 years there, keeping out of trouble/controversies and doing my job well. Fear of layoff (it happened to me) pervasive and causes mistakes, and a CYA attitude throughout the organization. Not at all a healthy place to work.
