If I didn't work as hard my paycheck noticed. Though like I said it is a guaranteed weekly pay it just sucks knowing I could have worked harder and made my check a couple of hundred dollars more. I can't stress enough CONSISTENT HARD WORK IS REQUIRED.
Morning meetings seemed pointless to me but others enjoyed it.
