Pros
Good benefits, great opportunity to learn new tech. The teachers and staff are wonderful and kind. The mission and the work that's being done is really incredible
Cons
The management team is old school, with lots of negativity and a "boss" attitude. Leadership does not involve "kicking them in the butt" and "Yelling at them" it's being supportive and bing a partner, which is lost on this entire group. Turnover is unbelievable and will continue to cascade if the current methodology is still in place. techs call out sick but it's really related to the mental stress from upper management.
