Questus is a very positive place to work. Every single person on the team is a hard worker who cares deeply about the success of the company and their teammates. It really feels like a family that looks out for one another, cheers on our successes, and is there to help whenever anyone is facing a challenge. The leadership team treats everyone as equals, is always seeking advice from employees for improvements, and is always looking for ways to help each of us succeed now and in future career growth. You feel very comfortable reaching out to all leadership, including the co-founders, with ideas or needs. We are all encouraged to try new things and step out of our comfort zones with support every day. I feel like I have the opportunity to grow as a person and an employee here more so than any other job I’ve had so far.
