Pros

Co workers are the best, if you have a great SL and a supportive Regional, work is fun. Regular members/customers are fun as you need to interact a LOT. You learn a lot with the IDP program and helps you stay engaged with your wash. You will learn things you never thought you would ever experience! I loved that and my SL was the best and cared about everyones development.

Cons

No stability in leadership, company fires WAY too many people in a short amount of time. Turnover rate is high, too. Socal region is awful and has way too much favoritism. Does not care about team members. Leadership needs some sort of stability (STOP TRANSFERRING/FIRING EVERYONE SO FAST) for better store metrics and to keep team morale up. These people are UNMOTIVATED and scared to get fired.

Pros

* Made some good friendships with coworkers. * Learned customer service skills and how to work in a fast-paced environment. * The job helped me gain work experience and confidence interacting with customers. * Some team members were supportive and willing to help new employees learn.

Cons

* I felt there was favoritism at times, and some employees seemed to be treated differently than others. * Communication from management was not always clear or consistent. * Safety and training expectations did not always seem to match what employees were being told to do on the job. For example, I was told by a supervisor that I could use the pressure washer while the wash was active, which conflicted with my training and understanding of safety procedures. * Concerns raised by employees did not always feel like they were taken seriously. * The work environment could become stressful due to management decisions and workplace drama.
