Pros

The PROs for working at Quick Quack is the culture is unmatchable. you feel loved and heard. The amount of pride we take in our ability to teach and serve makes this company above all others. It's very rare to see people genuinely invested in you and what you want in your career here. They have grown in learning and development and have played a huge part in my growth as individual.

Cons

With the great things that come in working at Quick Quack Car Wash, some cons I could agree with is as Quick Quack is expanding, I think to help other departments they might need to expand in order to support the growing of the company. IT would also open more job opportunities for people within quick quack car wash!

Pros

* Made some good friendships with coworkers. * Learned customer service skills and how to work in a fast-paced environment. * The job helped me gain work experience and confidence interacting with customers. * Some team members were supportive and willing to help new employees learn.

Cons

* I felt there was favoritism at times, and some employees seemed to be treated differently than others. * Communication from management was not always clear or consistent. * Safety and training expectations did not always seem to match what employees were being told to do on the job. For example, I was told by a supervisor that I could use the pressure washer while the wash was active, which conflicted with my training and understanding of safety procedures. * Concerns raised by employees did not always feel like they were taken seriously. * The work environment could become stressful due to management decisions and workplace drama.
