Pros

End of the year party with potential to win prizes and easy work

Cons

Terrible places to work. Upper management doesn’t care about anything other than making money. The pay is terrible for what you do and you’re expected to meet unrealistic expectations while standing outside your whole shift no matter the weather. Employees make $9 hr and are forced to stand outside rain, snow, heat while trying to sell memberships and getting penalized for not selling enough memberships with no increase in pay.

Pros

I love the company, and the leaders I get to work with. I appreciate the culture, and the focus on smart, kind, and driven people. They take a proactive measure to ensure the culture is aligned with their words. The CEO is the best leader I have had the previlege to work with.

Cons

When we say the are committed to their culture - it is real. If you are not smart, kind, and driven you cannot be here - so they do hold team members accountable to who they are, and who they become.

Pros

* Made some good friendships with coworkers. * Learned customer service skills and how to work in a fast-paced environment. * The job helped me gain work experience and confidence interacting with customers. * Some team members were supportive and willing to help new employees learn.

Cons

* I felt there was favoritism at times, and some employees seemed to be treated differently than others. * Communication from management was not always clear or consistent. * Safety and training expectations did not always seem to match what employees were being told to do on the job. For example, I was told by a supervisor that I could use the pressure washer while the wash was active, which conflicted with my training and understanding of safety procedures. * Concerns raised by employees did not always feel like they were taken seriously. * The work environment could become stressful due to management decisions and workplace drama.
