HR is really kind and are always there to talk to
Cons
Regionals that come into stores and makes team members uncomfortable. Store leaders basing hours on performance. Regionals are racist and never give anyone a chance to speak up unless your the same skin tone as them.

* Learned customer service skills and how to work in a fast-paced environment.
* The job helped me gain work experience and confidence interacting with customers.
* Some team members were supportive and willing to help new employees learn.
Cons
* I felt there was favoritism at times, and some employees seemed to be treated differently than others.
* Communication from management was not always clear or consistent.
* Safety and training expectations did not always seem to match what employees were being told to do on the job. For example, I was told by a supervisor that I could use the pressure washer while the wash was active, which conflicted with my training and understanding of safety procedures.
* Concerns raised by employees did not always feel like they were taken seriously.
* The work environment could become stressful due to management decisions and workplace drama.
