Pros
- Some genuinely talented people across teams, many of whom have already left in the last 6 months due to the culture. - A few colleagues were supportive and helpful despite the environment.
Cons
- Extremely toxic work culture with all power and decision-making centralised with the CEO, leading to biased and arbitrary outcomes. - Heavy micromanagement and rigid work from office expectations, especially for the customer-facing teams, mostly extending to 6 working days and even national holidays. - No growth or career progression. In my 2+ years at the company, I did not see a single promotion. Leadership openly states that the company does not believe and has any policy for promotions. - Petty and demoralizing practices, including scrutiny over minor expenses and marking employees half-day for being in office less than six hours—reflecting poor leadership priorities. And why would a CEO directly look into this. - Questioning decisions or challenging the status quo is treated as dissent and often results in punishment through multiple ways.
