- company culture they sell you is different than what you get. Example: they moved a developer so that the CEO could see at all times if he was visiting Facebook.
- they hire top talent then they tire them with senseless infinite meetings until they run away.
- the people left there are the ones that are afraid that can't get a better job.
- Everyone's time is managed to the dot. Expect as they call it "a huddle" every morning where you discuss what you did the day before and that day because the CEO has no idea and doesn't remember and also a great way for him to micromanage.
