Pros

Good mix of autonomy, collaboration, and impact. In my role, I’ve been trusted to build and lead the Customer Success function with real ownership. The team is sharp, and there’s a healthy level of transparency across departments. It’s a place where you can move things forward and see the results of your work. Culture-wise, people are super nice and approachable.

Cons

Like any growing company, not everything is perfectly structured though we are slowly getting there

Pros

Great looking tool, solves an important problem.

Cons

The built a team from zero and in 2 months dismantled the entire force for having economic issues. Management won't meet you unless you become an stellar seller, otherwise will let you on your own without guide, they are unreachable and if you try to get help they don't lime it.

Pros

No micro management They try to promote people from inside The CEO is a real pusher, in a good way. Very involved, mostly in a good way. The overall experience is quite good WLB is quite well

Cons

Salaries & Cibus fare (630 NIS) are low (relative to other places) The product will probably be replaced soon by Claude or a similar one
