Pros
If there's anything positive about this company, I'd be happy to hear it, but unfortunately, I haven't found any.
Cons
I've been a software engineer here for the past year. If you're reading my review because you're considering joining this company, I strongly advise against it, even in your dreams. Working here is akin to making your life miserable; there's no semblance of working culture or work-life balance. You'll toil hard for minimal compensation, which takes a toll on your mental well-being. Management refuses to grant proper leave, opting instead for leave encashment. If you work late into the night, expect your salary to be docked if you arrive even a minute late the next morning. Salary payments are unreliable, usually arriving between the 7th and 15th of each month. Asking HR about payment schedules results in them redirecting you to the accounts team and vice versa. Tasks are assigned with unreasonably short deadlines, leaving you to figure out solutions independently. There's no recognition for the long hours you put in. Office politics here could teach politicians a thing or two about maneuvering. If you think you'll gain valuable experience, think again. There are no experienced seniors to guide you. Practices lack industry standards; the focus is solely on getting things to work quickly, even if it means cutting corners. Micro-management, low salaries, mental harassment, and lack of accountability are rampant. Approaching management is futile; they dismiss concerns as decisions already made. HR responses are harsh and unsupportive. This company seems more suited to a manufacturing mindset than IT.
