Good atmosphere among colleagues and teams, miserable top management - Anonymous employee Quidgest Employee Review

The worst top management that I have ever met. The CEO is rude, has a terrible image, shouts in front if everybody, persecutes employees for thinking differently from him, has no vision, is old-fashioned, has no business sense whatsoever and fires his employees, treating them like mere number-crunchers, when the main person responsible for everyone's failure is him. The company, which had everything it needed to be a success, languishes year after year because of him.
