Pros
Most of the customers are nice, I received Christmas gifts from a few. Most look out for you, especially when working at night. And the cops when they come in are great. many really take the time to get to know you.
Cons
You have to start out working overnights, so no schedule is good right off the bat. They tend to cater to clerks more, and not to the management. The DAW tasks are ridiculous, and it's never enough. If you consistently get everything completed, you keep getting more tasks piled on, and they want you to help out for other shifts, but no one helps you on your shift, so what's the point? When I interviewed I was told I would be cleaning some of the time, but when you are a 2AN, that's all you do, you are a glorified janitor who runs the cash register sometimes. I wish someone would have given me the real deal, instead I passed up a great job to work at QT. I left after 6 months. I couldn't take it anymore. Not to mention I was told I was going on ERP next, but a MAN got promoted before me. Beware, it's a total "boys club". Taking out the trash was disgusting, people are gross. It's not for educated people. If you have common sense and don't like to get dirty, don't work for them. My feet hurt all the time, it's hard to get time off that you don't have to pay for, and they lie when they say you get a certain number of days off and you get paid for them, you don't.
