401k is excellent and has a 6% match.
Cons
Health benefits have become much more expensive the past 2 years. New management is underpaid and it shows. Quality of people has decreased drastically. Training program is a mess and seems to allow everyone through despite performance or behavioral issues. Work schedules require too many hours and no personal/family life. Entry level assistants start on straight overnights with Wednesday and Thursday off or they work a blended schedule that includes an evening, 2 overnights, and 2 mornings every single week. Work load continues to grow and more is being expected out of employees in the same amount of time.
