      Cons

      A strong work-life balance is definitely possible, but not always easy, especially for workaholics. Quillt encourages employees to use their PTO, so employees just have to be good about taking their time.

      Cons

      I was remote but micromanaged. The main investor pulled the plug on our product after just 7 mos.
