Toxic work culture despite 5 days in office you will end up working on Saturday and Sundays . With sale support deployment support and prod support , you are expected to be on call almost 24X7 . Poor employee benefits , management cut down paid leaves to 12 per year , reduced average performance bonus to barely nothing , even cut down on food & pantry supplies , no other benefits apart from pf and insurance. Toxic dictatorship amongst senior management , from past 2 years team leadership is dead , no manager has any say in your bonus or hikes . Despite exceeding every metrics they set up you still end up with no to single digit hike . Company has changed hike cycle patterns 4 times in last 2 years , thereby avoiding no hike or firing news and kept people waiting for almost an year Too many people on senior management position, managing very few developers often results in micro management . People working till midnight are expected to report next morning, even getting called on sick leaves .
