Pros

Flexible hours, guaranteed 40 hrs each week. New service vehicles which you are able to take home every day but you can only drive it while “ on the clock “. No personal usage allowed. Good benefits including fair 401K plan and fair amount of different types of paid time off.

Cons

Somewhat similar to what you could describe as a “ toxic work environment “. Internal structure/ politics influence how your employment and potential advancement may be impacted. Senior leadership in the field fails in leading which supposed to include “hands on” training. If and when something goes wrong, instead of senior leadership taking charge and accountability, those with less time with the company will be blamed. What I was told and promised verbally by the branch mngr only partially fulfilled.
