I had a disappointing experience with this company. After refusing to sign a one-year bond due to salary delays and lack of growth, I was pressured to stay with promises of a hike and promotion. Trusting their word, I signed. However, as soon as my project was completed, I was relieved of my duties without any prior notice or valid reason. ​The work culture is toxic; management is two-faced, and there is a lack of transparency. They have recently let go of several high-performing employees who were vital to their projects. I would advise job seekers to be very cautious of their 'bond' agreements and verbal promises.
