On-board 1. No Proper On Boarding - Everything they Promise is a Lie 2. They don't trust Us - We need to write a Bond ( Suggestion - Sign the Bond with a clause mentioning that you will receive salary of current month in next month else Bond is Invalid) 3. They don't give you the signed bond copy from CEO ( the other party ) 4. They takes Certificates from Freshers ( Don't Give ) Tenure 1. You are just a Plug & Play 2. No Proper Training 3. Morning you will do 1 project, afternoon 1 and evening 1 depending on Client Escalation priority 4. No PF Since August 2026 ( HR says- I don't Know, Director Says - I don't Know, Same with CEO ) 5. Minimum 3 Month Salary delay - It may lead to 4,5,6 month also based on current company situations and projects. 6. Highlight is Even they are Incapable of disbursing salary still they don't even bother about the employee and are reluctant to talk and fake promise that they will get streamlined. 7. Hike - They will give Hikes just on Paper that too will get after 6 months delay by the time we forget that we received a hike once upon Off boarding 1. You will become the enemy even you worked your ass-off till date. 2. No Policy - No Acceptance - No LWD - Just Delay 3. Need to pay 3 Month Salary if in Bond Period 4. HR is a puppet playing as per Management, Please Pity on them if you meet anyone. 5. You may wonder how these type of companies still exists
