You are expected to work long hours and the office culture can be toxic and centred around parties and alcohol. There is absolutely zero diversity and inclusion and there’s no effort made to change that. Less than 1% of the company are poc either in entry level jobs or administrative/finance. If you’re not middle class, white, blonde and blue eyed, I wouldn’t bother applying. You only need to look at the people page on the website to understand the issue.
