Pros
1. They offer good competitive package. 2. Reimbursement for home office setup and beverages. 3. Good tech, good learning opportunities. 4. Good/friendly colleagues.
Cons
1. One person takes all decisions, that includes engineering , architecture, HR, recruitement and all other possible areas. Managers are there just to manage sprints. There is no hierarchy at all. Employees have no say in anyhting at all. 2. TOXIC work culture, they expect you to work for at least 14-15 hours a day (including weekends). And taking leave is an offence in Quolum. Actually it is expected that if you take a day off, you should work on weekends. And anyway you'll be asked to work on every weekend. The mindset of the management is "I'm paying them, so employees are slaves". 3. Behaviour towards employees is really pathetic. No doubt everyone is leaving the company. All the people from the core team left the org. Only 4-5 persons are left now. Anyone with least sense of self respect would leave the company in 3 months. 4. No customers at all, even though the company started on 2019, so no revenue. 5. All employees are made to attend a zoom call that goes on through out the day, and they have to do their respective work while being on the call, and in every 2 hours emplyess are asked for updates by the managers, there are multiple standups in a single day. 6. They don't pay you for your remaining leaves at the time of leaving the company. 7. No process in anything, total chaos is common almost in every release.
