      Pros

      People. For some reason there are handful of good ones who stick around. Why? Foreigners who struggle to land a job elsewhere

      Managing director has no clue what the business is about Salary is late and incomplete HR has zero understanding of the job content Hostile atmosphere Workload is huge Zero ethics Equipment is outdated and for the most part broken and does not work, but management does not care about it. It is sort of your problem that internet bill, Skype, rent are not paid on time It does not pay to its partners

      No pros aside from working fully remote

      Cons

      Worst company ever. Management: they think they’re the royal family. Employees are their slaves. Work: nothing is clear, no accurate information given, no support, no integrity, and most importantly, no RESPECT.

      Nice starting point of a career, remote possibilities, easy to learn job and interesting insights

      Cons

      low salary, unpaid over hours, you're expected to always go beyond even though it's not appreciated (as someone else stated, this is not a 9 to 5 job), unorganized and no chance to grow
