      The People have a "in the same boat" mentality. Which means anyone will help if needed.

      Cons

      Low growth potential or clear stategies for personal growth. Also after covid, it is more difficult to have a good work-life balance

      Pros

      Nice team but nobody wants to do their actual job. Leader in the industry

      Cons

      Product doesn’t work. CEO has no vision and is not approachable. Low pay for the market. Terrible communication throughout the org , if you miss a slack you’re left behind. Little to no training
