Complete corporate ignorance. The CEO and upper management display erratic behavior. The company has no direction and can't retain talent. The CEO is known for making impossibly unreasonable demands and throwing tantrums. He randomly decides to fire entire departments because it is easier for him to shift the blame than to admit that he is fully incompetent as a leader. Upper management used phrases such as "crack the whip" during management meetings to describe how the new executive would lead the team. This executive provided illegal copies of Office software to the SEO team. There is no plan. There is no direction. Everything is done in fear of management and management has no idea how to lead. Throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks is not a strategy. The websites are failing as a direct result of upper management's ego problem.
