None of the issues raised here have been brought to our attention until now and, if they were, would have be subject to a full investigation in accordance with our company values and policies. We do not take comments like this lightly and so feel it only fair to respond to the points that have been raised. Promotions are only received by employees who exhibit high levels of performance and dedication to their role; they are solely based on merit and we introduced a codified progression framework in the middle of last year, to formalise this key organisational value. This ensures every team member knows exactly what top performance looks like and how they can rapidly achieve their career ambitions. We check, without fail, that all our staff hold and maintain the relevant professional qualifications required to perform their jobs, in accordance with our regulatory requirements. Any allegations or acts of misconduct are always fully investigated in line with company policies and procedures, with HR acting as a neutral party.
