No major cons to be honest

Qured is like Gandalf who dies in the first movie but then comes back to life with superpowers in the second. Many of the comments here date to Qured's first movie, which was a bit of a tragic first act where nothing seemed to be working, everyone made a lot of mistakes, and we lost a lot of people, almost losing it all. Since the new year however, Qured is a completely new company. Those who remain have formed an honest, happy, high performance, team. The leadership team is united and much better integrated with the organisation as a whole. We've finally discovered product-market fit, getting unbelievably good feedback from our customers and winning new contracts. Not everything is fixed, but everything seems to be trending that way. Growth is now outpacing capacity, so there's a lot to do while we figure out how to scale
