Very Good Leadership, but it lacks with project/team leaders - Software Developer Qwinix Technologies Employee Review

Qwinix is evolving into a solid company. The team works hard to bring real value to its clients, treat everyone with respect and provide a fantastic culture. Qwinix is maturing into a company that provides great opportunities for people that like to be innovative and transformational. The executive team exudes passion for the core values and provides meaningful opportunities for feedback. The culture is fun, caring and gives everyone a voice. Qwinix is helping companies with their GCP journey through cloud migrations, training and cloud support. The partnership with Google Cloud is mutually beneficial. Qwinix has specialized practice areas in Cloud, App Dev, Data, MSP, Security and Staffing. Each practice is led by a senior member of the leadership team. This structure gives clients focused attention from which ever practice area is needed. I am proud to be working for Qwinix.

Any issues that come up are addressed by the appropriate people. An employee survey recently went out. We all were encouraged to share honest feedback of our experiences. I know Qwinix is working through the data and coming up with actionable solutions.

Qwinix wants to be a technology company but they are really just a staffing company for Dish Network. They have been in business for 9 years but still consider themselves a start up. The CEO is constantly changing direction and has very poor leadership skills. Qwinix does not value talent acquisition and they have a very poor candidate experience when interviewing.
