      There are many talented workers with great intentions and lots of untapped potential. Strong Sales leadership. There are several hard-working team members.

      Cons

      CEO is blinded by isolated feedback he receives and fast-talking stories; the SLT clueless to the impact. No real effective improvements in key departments due to top leadership.

      Exceptional career growth opportunities, great co-workers, management very supportive, attractive benefit options, everyone open to questions from the newbie and have been very helpful in pointing me in the right direction.

      It's a very large corporation, easy to get lost in the online help/resources systems.
