Pros
Good training program. Flexible work day especially when working from home. No issues getting holidays approved. Most other staff are helpful and good to work with.
Cons
A large number of staff have left the company and more hand their notice in every week. This increases the workload for everyone else left behind and makes us want to leave. Management are unwilling the problems with the company, pay vs. workload, huge backlogs in different departments, poorly performing and out of date systems.
