Pros
You learn a lot. There’s really great opportunity after you’ve been there a year. Job security is pretty stable. Management is nice and friendly.
Cons
Completely toxic environment. Not only is this a high stress job and company, but the culture here is awful. They focus a lot on quality to the point of perfectionism. You could be a great employee but if your QC score isn’t great then it doesn’t matter. Management is really nice but above that the leadership (director, VP, etc) is pretty toxic. Nepotism here is awful. The director hired their sister as a manager, rather than experienced internal employees. Favoritism is prioritized. Training is awful. It takes nearly a year to be remotely comfortable with your role. The system and software are so outdated. There are too many processes, which are all constantly changing. The benefits are awful. Employees are underpaid - not only industry wise but overall underpaid for the work you do.
