      Peers are all great, hard working people.

      Cons

      There are not many routes for upward mobility. Everyone is underpaid. The pay for people working in the same exact roles is inconsistent. Work-life balance is not great. The man on top when asked about 66% turnaround time for lab assistants staying with the company for under a year dodged the question. He also believes that the cultures & value of the company make up for the lower wages.

      Exceptional career growth opportunities, great co-workers, management very supportive, attractive benefit options, everyone open to questions from the newbie and have been very helpful in pointing me in the right direction.

      Cons

      It's a very large corporation, easy to get lost in the online help/resources systems.
