Pros
Great employees - they are the ones who will pull the company through. They are the ones who support each other and build up moral when times are tough.
Cons
The SLT do not hold any accountability and instead point fingers at employees to cover up their issues which need to be dealt with. HR are unsupportive and have an extremely bad attitude! For a new company starting out and resulting in so many job losses the HR team should be the one place you can turn to for support. Not in this case, disgusting behaviour and no compassion has been shown to the employees. Project Management is failing due to highly experienced team members leaving and taking their years of irreplaceable knowledge with them. No support shown from management to those left behind. Beware if you work here, you will be overworked and any mistakes will reflect badly on your performance even if you're extremely overloaded with studies.
