Pros
Some of the people most incredibly talented people I’ve worked with get duped into joining Ronin.
Cons
There is a reason you don’t see many reviews in 2022. After an unsuccessful attempt to replace the CEO by now departed VPs, a new CPO joined and the culture almost immediately shifted. As an experienced person in both product and healthcare, I immediately sensed that she has little experience in product, healthcare, or leadership, yet she built a close relationship with the CEO and began to exert influence over many cross-functional teams. People from the product, engineering, and customer success teams have left due to her lack of skill and non-existent emotional intelligence. This made it incredibly hard to do my job because she couldn't prioritize business needs and frequently changed course. This was brought up by many others at the company and issues surfaced to HR, but we were ignored. Many have been fired for trying to speak up. Ronin actively stifles great and talented people. It’s a scary place.
