Pros
My time there was busy and interesting. If you are looking for a FAST paste project management position and can handle the multiple "plus" projects, than REC is it. Easy going leadership, if you know what you are doing. Base pay was fair. Owners are good people trying their best with what they have. Laid back office environment.
Cons
Too many projects per project teams. I saw them struggle everyday. Not enough leadership support. You will have to do everything by yourself and hope it is enough. Lack of proper training from within and lack of bringing in outside sources. Lack of proper payout on bonus structure for those who are eligible. Lack of PTO and how it is handed out with employment timeline. High turnover does not help when not having experienced support staff to start with. Health benefits are below market.
