Pros
Dental/Vision allowances. Helpful colleagues. Medical group insurance.
Cons
A company branding itself as ethical but when push comes to shove and business is nonprofitable, they're no different than other companies when it comes to getting their hands dirty. Management is toxic/selective and marketing team always make redundant mistakes. Floor staffs always have to clean their messes up because marketing team forgot to triple check their work but when floor staffs make mistakes, we get punished in meetings. Extremely high turnover rate, especially for branch managers. Most of the talented pharmacists have left. Company doesn't care to protect their staffs. CEO kept berating about Price Control Act and Music Copyright License but failed the most basic Employment Act. What company limits medical leave by hours? Even Labor Law Officer told my colleague to report the company. They forced us to sign another NDA that weren't stated in the employment contract, which is deceiving. As long as it doesn't benefit the company, they don't care. Management close eyes at any misdemeanor as long as you push sales. Every week they forced us to fill in feedback form but most of us gave up on the company because nothing gets improved. Hypocritical CEO who always complain about useless floor staffs as placeholders but unwilling to push HR to help outlet find good candidates so we always have to deal with lack of manpower. Not worth it to stay here with lowball salary, minimal benefits and zero support from the company. There are better companies with better management.
