Toxic managers and work environment. There's an overwhelming amount of work, even for an MEP firm. Potential for burnout is real, so turnover is very high. The office location is very poor. When you work late (and you will work late) there are no food or store options within walking distance. The average age at RWS skews very high. They struggle to adapt to new technologies.
