The owner, management, pay, and job duties for starters. Being under constant surveillance with a camera watching every workstation and an owner that constantly watches them to try to micromanage anyone and everything. This place feels like jail cell between this and a lack of windows. Also, beware of any and all contracts they may or may not disclose. If you enjoy the IT life don't waste it by working here. Unless you plan to move or switch industries after. You have to threaten to quit to get any form of raise. No employee performance reviews. The constant posts for help wanted on Indeed should be a dead giveaway.
