      - Good work/life balance, not many late nights - Interesting work most of the time - Intelligent people

      Cons

      - Company very, very focused on bottom line and not the quality of their services/technology - Constant upper management turnover - Unstable I didn't listen to the Glassdoor reviews. Don't make the mistake I did. Stay away.

      - People are easy to work with - Great exposure to healthcare revenue cycle and working with healthcare data - Remote work is big plus
