1. Little to no career growth and progression. Once you're stuck being assigned to a particular position, then that's about the only thing you'll be doing until the day you resigned
2. Completely different job scopes from the ones written in the offer letter. Really, how hard is it to abide by what's written in the contract?
3. Low salary increment + benefits
4. "Trainings" given aren't actually hands-on trainings, more like presentations. Then, they expect you to do the hands-on tasks independently without guidance at all as if you had prior experience in using their system.
