Inhouse development of a lot of embedded products, and continuous learning involved. You will be micromanaged and will get the job learning done quickly if you are a beginner. Owner of startup is very good, he tries the best to act very professionally and that's something you will not find in other startups.
Cons
Work life balance is not there, poor management. Salary is not that great but for freshers its a good start, no point of asking for hikes if you are unsatisfied. Several hours of overtime work to be done, weekend meetings sometimes, no payment for these hours. Leave policies are for namesake.
